-Stress Relief Massage works on an internal level to reduce stress hormone in the body. 30 minutes of back, neck and shoulder work. Stress is hard on the body, unfortunately in our busy lives it affects the majority of us and we normally carry it in our upper back, neck and shoulders.

-Swedish Massage uses firm but gentle pressure with smooth, gliding strokes to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, reduce stress, decrease pain and create a general sense of well-being, 1 hour includes back, arms, hands, legs, feet and scalp.

- Therapeutic Massage is an extended Swedish form that includes deep tissue and incorporated joint mobilization and stretching techniques to improve flexibility and range of motion, reduce stress, decrease pain, ease muscle tension and create a general sense of well-being. Includes back, arms, hands, legs, feet and scalp.

Aromatherapy- $7 can be added to any massage. There are many benefits to aromatherapy. Through a holistic approach and active listening I will be able to suggest the essential oil to include in your treatment to assist in improving your overall well-being.

Red Light Therapy- $15 it was first used by scientist to grow plants in space, it is a treatment that exposes your body to low levels of infrared light (not the damaging UV rays). The energy is felt as heat and effects the mitochondria of the cells to produce more energy. This is believed to help in repairing the cells which leads to new cell growth, healing and improving the skin, reducing fine lines, decreasing pain and inflammation, stimulates hair growth for those who suffer from alopecia. This is a service that can be added to the first 10 minutes of massage to enhance the benefits. If this is something of interest, please come clean with no make-up, oils, lotion or sunscreen on. 

Cupping- $15 can be added to any massage. A technique that uses negative pressure to lift muscle fibers to increase blood flow to an area, improving circulation, reducing pain, increasing flexibility and muscle recovery, promotes relaxation.

Hot Stones- $30 can be added to any massage. Smooth stones are heated and lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist's hands, the use of massage stones induces a deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Reiki- $30 can be added to a 1.5 hour massage. A technique that helps realign your body's Natural energy flows. After a holistic assessment and techniques used to find weakened energy centers, this gentle massage will assist in clearing blocked energy centers that are associated with different areas of the body and emotions.

Thai Massage- $15 Thai massage originated from Indian Ayurvedic principles and is a form of massage that includes compression and stretching techniques using not only the practitioners hands and arms, but also feet and legs. It has been known to give relief from muscular tension, spasms and pain, increase circulation and mobility of joints, and balance energy flow. This technique can be incorporated with a 1.5 hour massage.
